I am a Coach-sultant, providing powerful coaching to evoke insight and self-discovery, while also interceding teaching moments in a consultative approach. As a strengths-based coach, I coach executives, team leaders and individual contributors. I also provide consulting services to leaders, teams, and organizations who are in need of strategizing goals, streamlining processes, and architecting learning experiences across the organization and within teams.

I am proud to be a bi-racial woman of Samoan and Caucasian descent. Being bi-racial has gifted me with various cultural perspectives as I explore and offer up my impact in this world. I am passionate about advocating for professional development and executive opportunities for women in the working world (especially for minority women). I am on a mission to find and serve those women who need a loving reminder of how powerful, intelligent, and strong they truly are – no matter how demanding work and life can be!

I earned my Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. My dissertation research, The Moderating Role of Ethical Leadership: Investigating Relationships Among Employee Psychological Contracts, Commitment and Citizenship Behavior was published in the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. I also hold coaching certifications from International Coaching Federation, The Marcus Buckingham Company's StandOut Strengths Coaching, The Leadership Circle Profile, and Positive Intelligence.

When I’m not coaching, consulting, facilitating, or teaching, you can find me outdoors with my loving family paddle boarding, riding skateboards, or hiking trails in the Pacific Northwest. You might even catch me at a football game cheering very loudly on the sidelines!
